Pre-school Groups in Batheaston

We are very lucky to have a range of Pre-School Groups in Batheaston Village, that offer a wealth of wonderful experiences for younger children upwards. Whilst there is not a Nursery available within the village itself, we wanted to make our families aware of the local offer within Batheaston Village.

The Singing Tree

Playful music classes to nurture your child’s musicality – Fridays, 9.30am (term time). For parents, grandparents, nannies, and childminders to enjoy music alongside little ones. Children step into a world of stories, characters, and props, becoming active participants in engaging, carefully structured lessons. Using the Colourstrings Kindergarten approach, classes build core musical skills—beat, pitch, rhythm, dynamics, and harmony—through singing, movement, quality instruments, dance, and games. Children grow in confidence, develop an inner ear and singing voice, and gain the foundations for reading music and playing instruments. Classes also support social skills, creativity, and emotional development.

Led by Noeline Beesley, who is passionate about fostering a lifelong love of music. She also offers musicianship lessons for older children.
